Recently I got promoted from my position of leasing agent to the manager at the apartment complex I work at. This is something I’ve been working toward for some time now. Now I can finally implement some of the ideas I had while I was a leasing agent. One of my first changes is going to be to find professional cleaning services in Singapore to perform move out cleaning for us. This way my daily staff of employees won’t be overwhelmed because it is rarely planned more than a month in advance when a tenant is going to move out of our community.

I visited several websites of different local cleaning companies and decided to call the one that stood out the most to me. This particular company advertised many different services, in addition, to move out cleaning. Some of these services include spring cleaning, pre-move in cleaning and part-time cleaning. I was very fortunate in that I was able to speak to the owner when I called and was impressed with the level of professionalism he had. We discussed what I was looking for in a cleaning company and how this could be beneficial to both parties involved.

It was agreed that they would provide all of our move out cleaning which was to include cleaning the kitchen cabinets and drawers, the refrigerator, the bathrooms, fans and all windows. We also agreed that I would be billed after each cleaning was done to my satisfaction. The more I thought about it, I also inquired about spring cleaning for common areas of the apartment community such as the community room and rental office. They enthusiastically agreed to do this as well. I’m looking forward to having a lasting professional relationship with this company and am grateful to be in the position to make this change.
