Organizing a Beach Wedding Ceremony
I was hired by a couple to organize their grand beach wedding ceremony. They told me that they were expecting about two hundred fifty people to attend the event so they asked me how will the arrangement be possible since the beach they chose did not have a big function room. They did not want to do it in open air either, because the weather was unpredictable and it might affect their preparations. I immediately suggested that they rent a fabric structure. I explained to them that it was the perfect solution for their problem since it is safe and stable, wind-resistant, waterproof and flame -retardant. Even if they choose to set it up near the shore of the beach they can do it since it is portable, easy to install and to dismantle. Furthermore, it can be set-up with a floor so the bride can still have the pleasure of walking down the aisle on a red and white carpet.
