How to Save Marriage: Don’t Ignore Your Problems
Tuesday, February 14th, 2012
Do you know how to save marriage and avoid possible breakup? Well, one effective way is to stop ignoring your problems and face them. It is best if you sit down with each other and have a mutual talk session. Express your feelings and thoughts about your problem and seek for ways on how to solve it. If you postpone to talk about your problems, it may lead you to more problems and conflicts in the future. The right time for you to talk and fix things up is now. Piling up the problems will only increase the conflict between the two of you.
It is a best move to solve things immediately. Do not prolong the conflicts. Instead, talk to your partner immediately and console him or her in a nice and approaching voice. Most marriages end up to divorce because one or both partners are keeping their discontent feelings inside them. Thus, they assume that the only solution now is to divorce.

Bankruptcy Laws – Which One Will Suit You
Thursday, January 26th, 2012
It is a fact that not all are aware about the bankruptcy laws and other rules related to filing of bankruptcy. This is because nobody expects to face such a situation where he/she has no money left to pay back the creditors. When the hard time comes, it’s quite tough to handle the whole situation. It becomes challenging to pay the lawyers who charge huge fee to fight the bankruptcy cases.
In bankruptcy laws, there are chapters which define various stages of filing insolvency. Chapter 7 talks about liquidation which takes away all the assets in the name of the individual but leaves the one in the name of his wife or children. Though if you still want to save your assets and believe that you have the ability to pay back, you can check Chapter 13 or Chapter 11which focus on reorganization of debts. Always be informed and try to save your precious time and money.

Ways to Be a Better Mother
Monday, December 12th, 2011
Being a mother isn’t an easy job. Some mothers have a hard time punishing their child and feel guilty when they have to. They feel like they are being mean to their child and are not convinced by the necessity of applying punishments, making their child perceive the punishment even more as something unfair.
We see many mothers using their husband as the authorative figure in order for them to avoid having to punish or be strict with their child. But this is not a good balance, not for the couple and not for the child. Both parents should be equally firm and loving. This is why learning how to be a good mother is so important.
Punishments are sometimes necessary when your child does not understand or see that his bad behavior has consequences. But punishments are way more effective when children are aware in advance of what the consequence of a bad behavior is so that they can avoid it by having a good behavior or still be punished but understand the necessity of the punishment and what it teaches.
I believe the most important and effective way to parent a child is using positive reinforcement. When a child understands what having a good behavior changes in his life, he will consciously decide to have a good behavior and respect the rules. All the toddler tantrums, whining, screaming for no reason, can be easily stopped when all the positive things the child does is praised and emphasized by the parent. Even small things your child does such as remaining calm and not throwing a tantrum when going to the mall with you should be rewarded. By rewarded I don’t mean you should buy a toy to your child each time he has a good behavior but giving your child privileges such as playing a little longer or inviting a friend over for the week-end are great rewards that show your child that having a good behavior is always a better choice.
